I had been searching for some time for fitness classes in our area that coordinate with my work schedule, yet would allow me to still spend enough time with my family. I decided to give these workouts a chance, and I'm so glad I did! The coaches have alternative movements to try depending on your fitness level, injuries, pregnancy, etc to help us through the workouts. They offer zoom and in person classes. The coaches are amazing!! They are very understanding (when struggling through a workout), yet are so encouraging and motivating! They help guide me through my workout, and correct me when I need to tweak my movements. I have noticed that I have more stamina and strength. I have even noticed a change in my every day life! Also, they have a VIP Facebook page where we can encourage each other, ask questions, help stay on track, and to motivate all of us. I'm so thankful for these ladies and look forward to all of our workouts! I'm excited to see myself get stronger and to reach my fitness and health goals. We really are all a team and friends, too! Such positive energy all the time, it's really been empowering and uplifting.

I absolutely LOVE this gym. I’ve been a member of so many different gyms in the area, trying to work out on my own and after 18 months of working out independently with little results, I decided to try Shift. AFTER 2 MONTHS, I started to see actual muscle definition, I began to feel stronger, and ultimately just felt happier than before. I love that there are multiple times offered for classes or group personal training options. I’m personally a member of the group personal training and have valued so much from this gym- the trainers and the community. I cannot recommend Shift enough!!

Shift has been such an great addition to my schedule. I do strength and cardio training group classes with Levi!! He is super knowledgeable and it’s clear he wants you to get the most out of his training. I see the results and can’t wait to go back each week. Highly recommend!!
I have been going to Shift for 3 months and have loved my experience. Small group and personal training with Ashley has been amazing! she's knowledgeable, pushes me to my limits and beyond and is overall a wonderful person. I have had strength classes with the other Coach’s and been 'good sore' for days! All of them bring something unique. I'm getting stronger and perfecting my moves every week! You won't regret working out with them!
